Abbie Cornish

The lovely and newly single Abbie Cornish stepped out looking shocking in Dior red to attend Kimberly Brookes’ exhibition “The Stylist Project” sponsored by Vanity Fair. The exhibition featured paintings by Kimberly of LA’s top stylists including Arianne Phillips, Rachel Zoe and Jeanne Yang.

Abbie looked confident and cool in her new bob and body hugging dress. I love that she was willing to take a chance with me on her make up as well. I used liquid liner on the top and bottom to add a clean modern edge while keeping her lips and cheeks neutral and devoid of color to avoid competing with the dress. In the end the look was sleek and bold. Abbie is gorgeous not to mention an incredible actress, and I am looking forward to this new era because if tonight was any indicator independence suits her well.
