Selena Gomez: InStyle Magazine

This story I shot with photographer Kenneth Capello for InStyle’s February issue turned out so fantastic, I just love when that happens!

When I arrived at the studio and saw how graphic and sleek the clothes were going to be I decided to keep the make up clean and ultra modern as well. I gave her a bold fuschia lip, lush brows and simplistic eye make up which somehow felt simultaneously sophisticated and age appropriate (easier said than done let me tell you!)

We’ve all seen Selena the adorable young actress/singer before but in these cool minimalistic pictures I believe we’re catching the first glimpse of the stylish woman she’s about to become.

    Thanks SO Much! I used YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick in Provocative Pink on her lips and Chanel Ombre D’eau Liqiud eyeshadow in Cascade on her eyes. Make Up For Ever waterproof eyebrow corrector in #03 and Anastasia brow gel on her brows to keep them in place and Givenchy Phenomen’eyes mascara in black on her lashes. I’m so happy you liked it!
