Pretty in Pink
Check out the totally radiant Maggie Grace in the this months issue of Vanity Fair, looking like a beautiful ballerina in a little pink chiffon number from Chanel’s Spring 2010 collection—which still has to be one of my favorites ever.
I wanted Maggie’s makeup to have the same ultra feminine transparent feeling as the dress so I used lots of creamy textures and pastels. I applied Jouer’s peony cream blush applied to the apples off her cheeks with a synthetic round brush and a sheer application of Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick in Darling on her lips buffed with a Q-tip. Nars Corfu cream eyeshadow across the lids of her eyes and two coats of Covergirl Lashblast mascara in black in addition to some individual lashes in the center of the eye.
